What happens if the hire doesn't work?

Civic Leadership Search Partners stands behind the quality and integrity of our recruitment process. Should the appointed Chief of Police leave the role voluntarily or be separated for cause within the first year of their appointment, CLSP will conduct a replacement search at no additional professional services cost to the client. This assurance does not apply to internal applicants. The client will be responsible for reimbursing reasonable expenses associated with the new search.
