Civic Leadership Search Partners, LLC (CLSP) provides a one-year performance guarantee for all full-service executive search engagements. If the appointed Chief voluntarily resigns or is dismissed for cause within one year of their start date, CLSP will conduct a replacement search without additional professional services fees.

This guarantee does not apply to internal candidates (candidates already employed by the district), and the client will be responsible for reimbursing all reasonable expenses associated with any subsequent search. We note that we have not yet encountered a circumstance requiring a client to invoke our guarantee.

If the initial search does not produce a candidate to appoint, CLSP will continue to search and work collaboratively with the orginizational leadership until a suitable leader is selected again, without additional professional services charges.

With the replacement guarantee, the client will be responsible for reimbursing all expenses incurred. Similarly, we have not experienced a situation requiring an extended or repeated search effort. Finally, CLSP will not recruit or solicit the selected candidate for other opportunities while they remain employed with the client.
