Angela Aniballi

Angela brings more than 16 years of administrative management experience in both the private and federal sectors, with a proven ability to support complex organizations through efficiency, precision, and foresight. A graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, she began her career as a front office manager for an outpatient physical therapy clinic, where she quickly earned recognition for streamlining operations and strengthening client service.

Her career advanced in the federal system as the Administrative Officer to Police Service at the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System. In that role, Angela supported recruitment and hiring of police personnel, coordinated equipment procurement, and managed sensitive records. She is especially proud of implementing process improvements—such as streamlining overtime communication and developing a pool of pre-vetted applicants-to reduce delays and enhance workforce readiness.

With a passion for continuous improvement, Angela contributes organizational strength to CLSP, ensuring each executive search benefits from structured processes and attention to detail.
